Swansea MAD are delighted to have been granted funding through the Welsh Government’s Summer of Fun scheme. As part of our Summer of Fun activities, we will be running arts, digital, participation and environmental activities for children and young people from July to September.

The Summer of Fun initiative has been created to help improve the emotional, social, and physical wellbeing of children and young people. Swansea MAD will be one of many organisations across Wales delivering community-based interactive, creative, and play-related activities for young people, children and families.

The sessions we will be running will include photo and video editing, film making, digital photography, creating 3D graphics, exploring the metaverse, music production, producing podcasts, learning to DJ, special effects, game development and more.
We’re excited to be running these activities throughout the next few months. Please see above for the dates we are running the sessions. If you are interested in taking part or know someone who would love to join us at Swansea MAD, please get in touch via geraint@madswansea.com
